After a long and exhausting attempts to have my order exchanged, they finally order a new table top ( not the entire table). Finally I received a response and I was asked to send them the proof of damage. I sent an email and 3 days later there was no response. I tried to call klantenservice, but no one was picking up the phone. I ordered a dining table and 2 weeks later I received a damaged item. This is the worst furniture company I ever ordered from !!! And I deeply regret about it.
